hello@agedcarehq.com.au

One address for everything: corrections, questions, and provider enquiries.

If you are pointing out an error, a link to the page and a sentence on what is wrong is enough. We check every correction against the primary source before changing anything.

If you are an aged care provider, have a look at what we are building first.

What we cannot help with

We cannot assess you, arrange services, advise on your fees or intervene with a provider. Those need someone with authority or accreditation:

  • Assessments, services and waiting times: My Aged Care, 1800 200 422
  • Fees, means assessments and hardship: Services Australia
  • Complaints about a provider: Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, 1800 951 822
  • Free independent advocacy: OPAN, 1800 700 600
  • Support for carers: Carer Gateway, 1800 422 737
  • National Dementia Helpline, 24 hours: 1800 100 500
  • Dementia Support Australia, behaviour changes, 24 hours: 1800 699 799

In an emergency

If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. If you believe an older person is being abused, contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, or your state elder abuse helpline on 1800 353 374.
